Meet Ambur

Ambur C. Smith, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Office of Attorney Ambur C. Smith PLLC. Her clients are startups, nonprofits, and creatives across the sports, entertainment, fashion, tech and wellness industries. On any given day, she helps protect their billion dollar ideas and prepare them for success, while negotiating deals with brands like Google, Spotify, Amazon MGM, Gucci, VOGUE, ESSENCE, Rolling Stone Magazine; and fundraising to accelerate growth.  

 

Prior to launching her own firm, Ambur represented clients ranging from publicly traded banks and multinational corporations, to professional athletes, and cannabis startups as a commercial finance and banking associate of Dinsmore & Shohl LLP. Simultaneously, Ambur has gained over a decade of experience as a political strategist and compliance counsel for progressive campaigns and organizations across the US and abroad.

 

Ambur was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI and is a proud graduate of the historically Black college and university (HBCU) Hampton University and the Georgetown University Law Center. Connect with Ambur via socials @ambursmithlaw.
