Our Vision
Inspired by global innovation and technology, we envision a future in which diverse creatives, founder-led businesses, and progressive nonprofits can protect and monetize their ideas, while solving global problems.
Meet Ambur
Ambur C. Smith, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Attorney of the Law Office of Attorney Ambur C. Smith PLLC (Ambur Smith Law). Her clients are creatives, founder-led businesses, and progressive nonprofits across the sports, entertainment, fashion, tech, political, and wellness industries; navigating a wide range of transactional matters and alternative dispute resolution.
Prior to launching her own firm, Ambur represented clients ranging from publicly traded banks and multinational corporations, to professional athletes, and cannabis startups as a Commercial Finance and Banking Associate of an Am Law 200 law firm; and managed Ohio's first entirely remote Voter Protection Hotline as the Ohio Democrats' Deputy Director of Voter Protection in 2020. In law school, Ambur explored her passion for international human rights as an intern for South Africa's largest human rights law firm, and as a member of Georgetown's highly selective International Women's Human Rights Clinic (IWHRC), before accepting a full time position post graduation.
Ambur was born and raised in Glendale, Wisconsin and is a proud graduate of the historically Black college and university (HBCU) Hampton University and the Georgetown University Law Center. Connect with Ambur via socials @ambursmithlaw.
